Independent service
Trellis 3D is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Microsoft, fal.ai, Stripe or other model developers and service providers referenced on the site. Product and model names remain the property of their respective owners.
Your inputs and acceptable use
You must have the rights and permissions needed for every image or 3D file you process. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or sensitive material. You remain responsible for reviewing generated content and for complying with laws and third-party terms that apply to your intended use.
Credits, generation charges and payments
The workbench shows the applicable credit charge before submission. Credits are reserved while a generation is queued or processing, captured after a valid result is confirmed, and released after a confirmed failure or reconciliation timeout. Provider work may start immediately, so self-service cancellation is not offered unless cancellation can be guaranteed.
Introductory credits are a limited promotion, not a purchased balance. A new verified Google account must complete the security check within the eligibility period. Automated-abuse and rolling network limits may make the reward unavailable, including on shared networks, without restricting normal sign-in or purchases.
Credit purchases are one-time payments handled by Stripe. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Cash refunds and disputes must be confirmed through the payment provider; the corresponding purchased credits may be removed, and an account may be restricted when refunded credits have already been consumed. The production operator must publish any additional refund, tax and expiry rules required in its jurisdiction.
Generated and inspected assets
Generated geometry may contain inferred hidden surfaces, holes, discontinuities, inaccurate details or unsuitable topology. Results are not guaranteed to be game-ready, watertight, printable, dimensionally accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Inspect and validate each asset before production use. Private stored downloads may be removed under the published retention policy, so retain your own lawful copy.
Service availability and changes
Inference depends on third-party capacity, model availability and pricing. Features, rates and providers may change, and interrupted jobs can require automatic reconciliation. No uptime, generation-time or output-quality guarantee is made by this repository.
